Robin A. Lepere

Robin received her Bachelor of Arts, First Class Standing from Lakehead University in 1999. She was the recipient of the Social Sciences and Humanities Medal, which is awarded to the highest-ranking graduating students in the Bachelor's and Honours Bachelor's degree programs. Robin then received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 2005 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2006. She has been practicing in Thunder Bay since that time and joined Petrone + Partners in 2010. She joined the partnership in 2015.

Robin's primary focus is civil litigation with an emphasis on estate litigation, construction litigation, personal injury litigation (including motor vehicle litigation, and slip and falls), employment law, and corporate and commercial litigation. She also has experience with real estate and real estate litigation, wills and estates, and debt collection.

Robin is currently the President of the Thunder Law Association and a Director of The Advocate’s Society. She is also a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. She is proud to have worked as a clinical instructor at the Bora Laskin Law School in the Civil Practice Course for several years.

In her spare time, Robin enjoys running, playing soccer, and spending time with her three boys.
