James P. Garofalo

James graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1983. James practices in several areas of law including wills and estates and real estate law, though his particular areas of specialization are employment and labour law, corporate and commercial law, and business law. He often advises physicians, dentists, architects, and other professionals on issues related to incorporation.

James was born and raised in Thunder Bay and has been a member of numerous boards and associations over the years, including Thunder Bay Law Association, Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra, Thunder Bay Branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Consent and Capacity Review Board, Society of Gift Planning, Knights of Columbus, and the Italian Mutual Benefit Society.
